Business Unit Manager

Your Mission Will Be
Identify, develop, and expand business opportunities through market research, networking, and client engagement;
Manage clientand consultant relationships, ensuring satisfaction and smooth communication;
Overseefinancials, ensuring margin control, risk management, and unit profitability;
Collaborate with senior leadership to align unit goals with company strategy;
Lead the hiring process, conducting interviews as needed.
You Will Need
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT sector;
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills;
A results-driven mindset, with motivation to achieve goals and a dynamic, ambitious, and collaborative attitude;
BSc or MSc inManagement, Human Resources, Psychology or related fields;
WouldBe Awesome If You Have
Track record of achieving business targets and driving unit profitability;
Abilityto coach, mentor, and grow talent within your team;
Strong analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions;
Fluencyin English (spoken and written).
