The Role
We need someone to own paid acquisition for the Portuguese market — not just execute tasks, but drive strategy, optimise relentlessly, and ship results.
You'll report to a senior media buyer based in Spain, so fluent Spanish is non-negotiable.
What you'll own:
• Plan, launch and scale paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok for the PT market
• Optimise CPL/CPA across multiple verticals simultaneously
• Test creatives, audiences and bidding strategies — document what works
• Track and improve landing page performance in coordination with the tech team
• Report weekly KPIs (CPL, CTR, CR, ROAS) in Spanish to Spain-based management
• Identify growth opportunities and flag risks proactively
? What We Need
Hard requirements:
? Fluent Spanish — C1 minimum.
This is a hard requirement.
No exceptions.
? Native or near-native Portuguese
? Based in Portugal
? 2+ years hands-on in performance marketing (Google Ads + Meta Ads mandatory)
? Proven experience in lead generation / direct response campaigns (CPL or CPA)
Strong pluses:
• English B2/C1
• Experience in affiliation, social, display, mobile or video advertising
• Background managing large budgets across multi-vertical campaigns
• Data-driven: comfortable with dashboards, analytics, basic Excel/Sheets modelling
