* Lead training initiatives that foster team growth, improvement, and retention.
* Engage with guests, particularly around music and ambiance, to elevate their overall dining experience.
Requirements:
* A strong background as an Operations Manager in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment.
* Exceptional communication skills and sound business acumen.
* A proactive problem-solver with a focus on streamlining operational processes.
* Confident presenting and communicating with diverse stakeholders.
* Fluency in English; other languages are an asset.
