We are in constant transformation and looking for a self-motivated and proactive IT Support Specialist - Technical Systems Focus to join our IT team in Lisbon.
What is the role overview?
As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide hands-on IT support to business users in Lisbon with a focus on technical functions. You'll be the first line of support for issues related to the Temenos platform (T24, TDS, TAP) and other business-critical systems.
What would be your key responsibilities?
* Provide technical support for Temenos platforms (T24, TDS, TAP).
* Conduct post deployment and morning checks
* Triage of Temenos related issues reported by business users.
* Develop and maintain T24 Enquiries, TAP Formats, SQL or Powershell scripts
* Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve cross-functional issues.
What are we looking for?
1) Experience
* Experience in Financial Services industry a plus
* Previous exposure to Core Banking or Portfolio Management Systems, Securities Static Data, Reconciliation, or Payment Processes a plus
* Strong scripting and automation skills.
* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
2) Skills
* Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
* Great team player
* Customer-oriented mindset and experience working in distributed teams
* Technical university degree or equivalent qualification
