This role combinescontent excellencewithtechnical design.
You'll design intuitive information architecture, enabling easy navigation and efficient search.
Beyond content, you'll also define theknowledge base architectureto supportautomation, AI, and chatbot enablement, ensuring scalability and seamless integration across HR systems.
Key responsibilities:
Apply UX best practices to structure content for intuitive self-service journeys.
Design and maintain a scalable knowledge architecture optimised for AI and automation.
Collaborate with HR subject-matter experts, ServiceNow developers, and the AI enablement team.
Establish governance, templates, and guidelines for future content creation and maintenance.
Key stakeholder management and be the lead voice in our UX journey- your recommendations will go a long way among senior leaders
Ideal background:
Strong experience with ServiceNow HRSD or similar HR platforms.
Strong UX designing, writing, information architecture, and content strategy skills.
Familiarity with knowledge management, AI-driven search, or chatbot integration.
