We are looking for experienced Network Senior Administrator (M/F) to join our teams in Lisbon, Portugal.
Here's what we're looking for:
* Monitor and troubleshoot network and cloud infrastructure
, performing root cause analysis and escalating issues per ITIL best practices.
* Maintain and operate customer networks daily
, ensuring stability and high availability across Cisco, Checkpoint, F5, and HP technologies.
* Implement and support IP services and security configurations
, including ACLs, VPN setups, NAT, encryption, MPLS, reverse proxy, and SSL offload.
* Collaborate on projects and technology transitions
, creating and updating detailed network documentation for existing and planned infrastructures.
* Utilize internal tools and monitoring platforms
(CA Spectrum, BlueCat, Netbox, Splunk) to ensure compliance with SAP processes and standards.
* Fluency in
portuguese
language.
