DescriptionAirport Administrator Assistant - Executive Office Examples of DutiesUnder general direction, performs major daily and project/program based administrative duties. Duties & ResponsibilitiesUnder administrative direction, reports to the Director's Executive Administrative Assistant and provides comprehensive administrative and clerical support to Assistant Directors within the Executive Suite, ensuring efficient daily operations. Responsibilities include coordinating calendars, meetings, communications, travel, expense reporting, and supporting executive-level reports while maintaining strict confidentiality. The role supports internal communications, document preparation, records management, procurement tracking, and departmental reporting; serves as a liaison between leadership and internal and external stakeholders; assists with events, training materials, and special projects; and supports compliance with city policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements. Additional duties are performed as assigned in support of a collaborative and professional work environment. Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree.
