Manage fund accounting and reporting tasks;
Ensure compliance and support audits.
Description
Record and ensure completeness of all financial transactions;
Maintain up-to-date all supporting schedules and reconcile with TBs;
Record all adjustments required for group and fund reporting?;
Ensure accuracy and completeness of the invoice processing in accounting system?;
Support invoice payments process in a timely manner?;
Provide invoices to the various parties when require;
Oversee the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) accounting prepared by external service provider by ensuring completeness and timeliness;
Prepare Annual Accounts ensuring the compliance with local requirements;
Audit support by gathering and providing the required documents;
Support consolidations and NAV calculations by ensuring required Fund GAAP adjustments are recorded;
Support the regulatory reports preparation by providing data in the required format;
Prepare group reporting;
Accounting system support
Profile
Accounting and finance background. Accounting degree is preferred;
4 years of experience in relevant accounting roles - Real Estate SPV/Fund accounting, fund controller or similar;
Lux GAAP exposure and understanding of real estate industry is considered a strong asset;
Experience with Yardi accounting system is a plus;
Good English skills;
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and MS Office (excel) proficiency;
Team player, eager to learn, strong communication and problem-solving mindset.
