Your Role Lead and mentor a diverse team of software hardware and CAD engineers fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement. Collaborate across the organisation with internal stakeholders managing Team resource allocation to both development and customer delivery projects. Develop and implement engineering strategies aligned with company objectives overseeing the entire engineering development lifecycle from conception to deployment. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality. Requirements for this Position Education: Minimum of a Master's degree in Engineering or a related field. Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in engineering roles with at least 5 years in senior leadership positions within manufacturing industry. Project Management skills: Demonstrated track record in managing product development projects planning coordination and execution cross-functional projects balancing technical budget and schedule constraints and ensuring alignment with PM standards. Key Skills and Qualifications Strong understanding of engineering research and development activities. Experience with embedded systems is highly recommended. Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate integrated teams and communicate successfully within the wider organisation.
