Responsibilities
* Manage and update the lifecycle of existing products.
* Adapt the portfolio to market changes and support the implementation of new products in the European manufacturing system.
* Contribute to value engineering (PPV/VAVE) initiatives and sourcing activities.
* Design and standardize packaging concepts to enhance economic efficiency.
* Improve product quality and assist local teams in analyzing and resolving market complaints.
* Create and update technical documentation (3D models, DFMEA, risk assessments).
Your Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the commercial furniture industry.
* Proficiency in CAD 3D tools (PTC Creo preferred), PLM systems (Bluestar PLM), and ERP platforms.
* Knowledge of packaging design and wood/metal processing is a plus.
* Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
* Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe.
* Independent work style with a strong sense of responsibility.
* Teamwork, cultural openness, and effective communication skills.
