Your responsibilitiesAddress the questions and concerns of German-speaking customers, providing the best possible solutions via phone.Assist with orders, deliveries, payments, and returns via e-mail, chat, and social media channels.Provide information about trending products, offer advice, and quick assistance on payment methods, delivery, exchanges, and guarantees.Engage in cross-selling and upselling of products after addressing customer queries.
