Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Minimum of +5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or Agile Delivery Lead Scrum Master certified Agile principles & Agile frameworks (good understanding of Scrum, XP, Kanban) Agile Estimating & Planning Scrum ceremonies and artifacts Agile Practices related to Software Engineering: Automated Testing techniques Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment Test Driven Development Metrics: Velocity vs Productivity Tools: Jira/Confluence Support the Product Owner for effective product backlog management, understand product planning in a given environment, ensure the PO arranges his/her backlog in a way that maximizes the delivery of value Identify and proactively remove impediments, be they technical, organizational or people related Act as an internal coach to the team, leading them to become fully agile, self-organized and to be at their best Experience in development (valued) Great communication, analysis and listening skills Software Craftsmanship's English proficiency should be at least C1 level Ideally, you'll also have: Great team spirit, independency, pleasant attitude, great openness, and curiosity to learn Additional information: The candidate must have at least one higher education degree They must have been living in Portugal for at least 1 and a half years Lisbon, hybrid.- Work model: 4 days per week in the office in Lisbon in the first 3 months .
