Job Description:
We seek a marketing expert to lead our Paid Search and Shopping Ads strategy across various markets. This role requires a combination of strong analytical skills and creativity.
The ideal candidate will oversee the creation, optimisation and analysis of online marketing campaigns, relying on their expertise in paid search, shopping ads and SEO for large ecommerce websites.
About the Role:
* Develop and execute a short term and long term paid acquisition strategy that aligns with company objectives.
* Own and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as return on ad spend (ROAS), cost per acquisition (CPA), etc. for every market.
* Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency.
* Stay up-to-date with current Google SEO or SEM updates and trends.
This is a results-driven position that champions effectiveness and data-centricity. The successful candidate will have a constantly learning attitude, drive for results, and be brave in testing hypotheses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the strategy and execution of Paid Search, Shopping Ads for different markets.
* Experience in SEO for large ecommerce websites.
* Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
* Develop, test, and analyse keywords, ad copy, bidding strategies, and ad groups to maximise campaign performance.
* Develop and maintain both a short term and long term paid acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives.
* Lead monthly meetings with Google to discuss new strategies and share performance results and key insights.
* Develop monthly market forecasts with the ability to manage the marketing investment in order to achieve positive results.
* Control and manage automated email marketing campaigns.
* Proactively identify opportunities for organic search and conduct keyword research to identify opportunities and improvements.
* Use a range of tools to audit, monitor, evaluate, report and address issues.
* Benchmark SEO performance against competitors.
* Drive for results, champion effectiveness and data-centricity, bravery in testing hypotheses and live a constantly learning attitude.
* Develop and execute our SEO link building strategy.
