Minimum Qualifications
* Academic qualifications at 12th grade level or equivalent;
* At least 5 years' professional experience in a similar role;
* Solid experience in public procurement;
* Fluency in English;
* Good communication skills and a love of teamwork;
* Proactivity and strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
* Agility and ease in creating bridges in a collaborative way with the various teams, always with a focus on knowledge of the sales process.
Responsibilities
* Responsible for managing tenders, ensuring compliance with all administrative and legal requirements for participation in public and private tenders;
* Handling and monitoring documentation and information in the public sector (direct award tenders, pre-qualification and national and international public tenders) and in the private sector (applications and responses to RFIs and RFPs);
* Coordination with different teams: technical, commercial, pre-sales, financial and legal.
