HEAD OF GROWTH MARKETING at Common Thread Collective

Role Overview

You will craft data‐driven forecasts, execute strategic media acquisition plans, and foster strong client relationships. Your actions consistently reflect CTC's core values and serve as a beacon for success.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead growth strategy development, building forecast models and aligning marketing calendars with clients.

- Monitor daily campaign performance, adjust budgets and tactics to hit projected targets.

- Communicate strategy, forecast, and results to clients, sending daily updates and weekly strategy call summaries.

- Collaborate with the Brain Trust, managing pod members (Google, Creative, Email Strategists) and ensuring data integrity across Statlas.

- Execute CTC's Meta best practices, building and managing campaigns, and implementing tests to improve performance.

- Maintain a 5% delta to the forecast and ensure client satisfaction above benchmark rates.

- Contribute ideas back to the system, share learning across teams, and support continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

- Fluent in English with strong presentation and persuasive communication skills.

- Advanced data analysis ability; proficiency in Google Sheets and data tools.

- Deep understanding of media buying, forecasting, and client relationship management.

- Autodidact: quickly absorb information, implement feedback proactively, and work autonomously.

- Integrity: honest, constructive, and accountable, owning outcomes without victim mindset.

- Result‐oriented: unyielding determination, creativity, resilience, and passion for high‐impact work.

Success Metrics

- Achieve certification and confidence in the Prophet system by kickoff.

- Deliver high‐accuracy performance within 5% delta across forecast maps.

- Lead and collaborate to maintain high‐performance standards and client satisfaction.

- Adhere to rigorous quality standards in media buying decisions and system execution.

- Meet all deadlines, budget requirements, and maintain on‐target performance.

Salary & Benefits

- First month: $2,000; Second month: $4,000; Third month: $7,000 average.

- 1st Year Annual Range: $64,000–$76,000; 2nd Year Annual Range: $100,000–$120,000.

- Fully remote with schedule autonomy.

Location & Remote Work

Fully remote with flexible schedule. Remote work supported with 1:1 feedback and weekly check‐ins.
