The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen staff, evaluating food quality, and maintaining equipment.
* Oversee and assist kitchen staff in food production
* Evaluate food products to ensure consistent quality standards
* Establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Cooking degree or equivalent experience
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
* Excellent team management and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
