We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance.
Our client is a multinational company expanding its Shared Service Centre.
Description
Lead a centralized finance operations function, ensuring high-quality delivery across key processes (AP, AR, closing, reporting, data governance);
Drive performance, service excellence, and continuous improvement across multi-country operations;
Act as the main point of escalation, ensuring efficient issue resolution and operational stability;
Promote process optimization, automation, and standardization initiatives;
Partner with senior stakeholders to support business growth and transformation;
Manage budgets, track performance, and identify opportunities for efficiency and value creation;
Lead, develop, and engage a high-performing team within a dynamic environment.
Profile
Strong experience in finance operations, shared services, or complex international environments;
Solid knowledge of end-to-end finance processes (AP, AR, R2R);
Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving performance;
Track record in process improvement, transformation, or automation initiatives;
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
Hands-on, results-driven, and able to operate in fast-paced, matrix environments;
Degree in Finance, Business, or similar; fluent English required.
