As a Business Analyst Trainee, you'll be a key member of the team, working closely with our leaders to support our international growth. This is an exciting opportunity to learn the ropes of a global business and contribute to high-impact projects.
This role is highly cross-functional, requiring a blend of analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You'll get hands-on experience in various departments, including sales, marketing, and clinical operations.
What you'll be doing:
* Support the Team: Assist in day-to-day project management and operational tasks to help the team run smoothly;
* Analyze Data: Help collect and analyze data to track key performance indicators and identify trends;
* Support Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to defining and executing new business initiatives;
* Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to make our processes more efficient and help implement changes;
* Project Management: Support leaders in managing impact projects from start to finish, working with various internal teams.
What you need to have:
