We are looking for a
Junior Jurist / Solicitor / Lawyer
to strengthen our Legal Department based in Porto and willingness to participate in an
IEFP
Internship Program.
What You Will Do
• Demonstrate experience or strong interest in the following practice areas:
* Corporate Law
* Labour Law
* Immigration Law
• Support and collaborate directly with the Legal Department, including:
* Drafting contracts and commercial agreements
* Assisting with board minutes, corporate resolutions, and other governance documentation
* Providing ongoing legal support on corporate and regulatory matters
•Apply strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
What You Need to Be Successful
• Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) from a recognized Portuguese university
• Up to 2 year of experience
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken) - Mandatory requirement.
• Be able to participate in IEFP Internship programme.
