* Cross-Functional Liaison: acting as a point of contact between teams, supporting collaboration and alignment.
* Organisational Growth: contributing to the organisation's operational scaling in a structured, sustainable manner.

* Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field (e.g. biomedical sciences, engineering, or related areas).
* 2–3 years of professional experience in operations, project management, or coordination roles.
* Strong organisational, planning, and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently in a remote, flexible environment.
* High level of rigour, reliability, and attention to detail.

* Familiarity with project management digital tools (e.g. ClickUp, Monday, or similar platforms).
* Comfort working with milestones, dependency management, and performance monitoring.
* Availability to attend occasional meetings in the Lisbon area.
What We Offer
* Flexible, part-time engagement (25–50% FTE) compatible with academic or parallel professional activities.
* Remote-first collaboration, supported by structured workflows and asynchronous communication.
* Exposure to high-quality scientific and clinical research projects across multiple therapeutic areas.
* Work spanning health policy, clinical research, and top-tier scientific and medical writing.
* A highly skilled, collaborative, multidisciplinary team with strong scientific backgrounds.
* Competitive overall conditions, reflecting role scope, flexibility, and part-time engagement.
