- Lead and coordinate the development and execution of the Value & Access strategy from early stages through to commercialization, ensuring timely patient access. Create and maintain compelling product value propositions and supporting materials.
- Oversee strategic lifecycle pricing to sustain and expand patient access while maximizing revenue from established products. Manage routine price adjustments and regulatory label updates.
- Continuously monitor the healthcare access and regulatory environment to proactively identify and evaluate potential impacts of new policies, incorporating insights from payers, hospital operations, and political trends to optimize the portfolio's performance.
- Ensure full integration of Value & Access initiatives within broader brand strategies and operational plans.
- Collaborate on the introduction of new products or formulations in healthcare settings, ensuring alignment of access strategies with brand objectives.
- Map and engage key stakeholders within primary accounts, including senior management, procurement, pharmacy, clinical leadership, and other relevant parties.
- Represent the organization in specialized working groups and relevant industry events within this area of expertise.
Perfil ideal
- A Master's Degree in Health Sciences and Post-graduation in Market Access and Health Economics
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical industry in the fields of Market Access and/or Public Affairs
- Experience of working with third party stakeholders and external customers
- Experience of working in a cross-functional/multi-cultural environment
- Experience in negotiation and project management
