What You Will Do
This role is part of the ACCP (Amgen Capability Center Portugal) Leadership Team. It functions as an air traffic controller for the General Manager and the Leadership Team, driving business excellence, connecting workstreams for continuous improvement and innovation, and supporting leadership and organizational communication. The team contributes through a roadmap of continuous improvement and innovation, providing expert support and implementing global and local projects using the center's resources. The Business Excellence Lead independently drives process excellence, collaborating with global and regional functions, and manages the implementation of Global-2-Local projects.
Job Responsibilities
* Leadership and Continuous Improvement: Develop a service, performance, and growth culture, facilitate governance, support strategy development, and lead the Business Excellence Team.
* Service Excellence and Customer Satisfaction: Act as a liaison with key partners, ensure high-quality service delivery, and oversee performance surveys.
* Financial Planning and Productivity Integration: Collaborate on financial forecasting, drive productivity initiatives, and provide insights for leadership.
* Technology Integration and Process Optimization: Promote technology adoption, enhance reporting, and standardize processes across the organization.
What We Expect Of You

* 10+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and process improvement in a global setting.
