We are looking for a Project Management Coordinator to join the team of our client – a company specialized in the banking and financial services area.
What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?
* Coordinate programs and IT initiatives, ensuring the adjustment to information systems and internal patterns;
* Ensure necessary documentation and adoption of used methodologies;
* Plan, manage and control activities, focusing on the optimization of resources;
* Promote the improvement of processes, ensuring the allignment with IT best practices;
* Support the definition of technological roadmap, focusing on transformation and innovation.
What will be required from you?
* Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other similar area;
* Minimum 04 years of experience in the coordination of programs and projects of technological transformation;
* Background and knowledge in program and project management, with solid knowledge of management methodologies, standards and best practices;
* Previous experience with project management tools, ideally Jira;
* Ability to support the definition of roadmap and technological evolution architecture;
* Good communication, collaboration and leadership skills;
* Strong ability to control and oversee projects, defining clear priorities, and overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously;
* Fluency in English, written and spoken.
