We're looking for a licensed nurse with a passion for patient-centered care and strong operational follow-through. This hybrid role blends hands-on nursing with core member-services coordination, including calling patients, scheduling and confirming appointments, triaging inbound concerns, coordinating external services, and ensuring intake forms and required documentation are completed.
