Responsibilities:
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications
* Create and maintain detailed functional documentation
* Develop test cases and perform functional testing
* Assist in the implementation and configuration of software solutions
* Support end-users during the user acceptance testing (UAT) phase
* Provide ongoing support and training to users
* Participate in project meetings and provide updates on functional aspects
* Work closely with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions
* Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of solutions
Requirements:
* Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in the financial sector
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* EU citizenship or a Portuguese work visa / Portuguese residency
* Availability to work from the office twice a week
Nice to Have:
* Knowledge of Azure DevOps
* Relevant certifications such as ITIL, ISTQB, or CBAP
* Experience with Agile methodologies
* Familiarity with ERP systems
