Job Title: IT Support Specialist
Savills, a leading global real estate services provider, is seeking an experienced and motivated IT Support Specialist to join their team in Lisbon. This part-time role will provide first-line technical support to users, monitor the helpdesk ticketing system, and allocate support resources.
* Provide hands-on technical support for computer hardware and software installation.
* Liaise with office and site users, IT applications team, infrastructure team to resolve operational issues.
* Maintain proper records on incidents, escalation, tracking log, and inventory control.
* Ensure all IT services delivered are compliant with company standard practice.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Higher Diploma or above in IT/CS related disciplines.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in IT operation support areas.
* Proficiency in Microsoft product family support and hands-on experience in deploying, managing, and supporting MS Windows OS platforms.
* Familiarity with LAN/WAN/VPN/TCP/IP architecture.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player, self-motivated, good problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
