We’re looking for a passionate, experienced Senior Audio Software Developer, to join our team and help us improve our range of audio software.
In this role, you will:
* Lead development projects.
* Mentor Junior Developers and share knowledge within the team.
* Propose and implement near real-time software architectures.
* Write clean, efficient, and modern C++ code (C++ 20), for desktop audio applications (standalone or plugins).
* Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure code reliability.
* Ensure high performance and stability of our products.
* Perform code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
* Participate in Scrum meetings (DM, Reviews, Retro, Planning).
* Manage DevOps tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git, pipelines for CI/CD).
Qualifications:
* University degree in Computer Science.
* Strong experience with software engineering.
* Ability to read, understand, and work with large existing codebases.
* Fluent in English (mandatory) and confident when writing/speaking with customers.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to improve your development skills.
* Excellent problem-solving, time management, and prioritization skills.

What will set you apart from other candidates:
* Deep knowledge of modern C++.
* Strong understanding of digital audio principles.
* Experience with audio and plugin development frameworks (e.g. JUCE, VST plugins, Audio Unit plugins, etc.).
* Familiarity with DSP and real-time audio processing.
* Experience using audio software.
* Experience developing software in large teams.
