As a representative, you will assist customers in Dutch, ensuring they have a seamless experience when ordering food and navigating the platform.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries about food orders, delivery options, and platform features via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
Provide accurate information on restaurant menus, pricing, and promotions.
Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and any delivery-related concerns.
Resolve issues and complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Document all interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the logistics team to address order-related issues and improve service delivery.
Stay informed about promotions and new restaurant partnerships to enhance customer interactions.
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
Prior experience in customer service, ideally within the food delivery or hospitality sector.
Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude to assist customers.
Familiarity with CRM systems and online customer service tools is desirable.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
