We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst | Data & Systems (Remote)
To join a project focused on bridging business requirements with technical systems, enterprise platforms, data environments, and application ecosystems. Involved in initiatives where business processes, data flows, and system behaviors need to be clearly understood, documented, and translated into functional and technical specifications.
Skills:
+4 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst / Functional Analyst, in enterprise environments;
Gathering, analysing, and documenting business and system requirements ( JIRA and Confluence);
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, user stories, workflows, and API contracts (REST/JSON);
Alongside development teams in environments based on Java / .NET / microservices architectures, with system behaviour;
Data structures and relational databases, with hands-on experience writing PL/SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting;
Analysing APIs and integrations (REST, JSON, request/response structures, data mapping, and system interactions.
Supporting debugging and incident analysis, working with logs, basic code reading (Java, C#), and collaborating with developers to identify root causes;
Your Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end lifecycle of requirements, from initial discovery with stakeholders to delivery and validation in production;
Act as the bridge between business and engineering, ensuring clear communication and alignment across product, development, and data teams;
Define and refine functional scope, identifying dependencies, edge cases, and impacts across systems and integrations;
Support delivery by clarifying requirements during development cycles and removing functional blockers;
Contribute to solution design discussions, ensuring feasibility and alignment with existing system architecture;
Validate delivered solutions through functional testing and data verification, ensuring consistency with business rules and expected outcomes;
Monitor and follow up on production behaviour, identifying gaps between expected vs actual system outputs;
Collaborate in continuous improvement of processes, documentation standards, and system understanding across teams;
