Job Opportunity: Digital Designer
Key Responsibilities:
* Create engaging multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and presentations, for internal and external audiences.
* Collaborate with the marketing web developer to design layouts for websites, landing pages, and campaign pages.
* Design and produce high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, one-pagers, infographics, social media graphics, event materials, and other print/digital assets.
* Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
* Develop and execute visual campaigns that drive engagement and communicate the company's value proposition.
Maintaining a keen eye for detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities are essential skills in this role.
A strong understanding of digital design principles, branding concepts, and layout/prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision is required.
The ideal candidate is a versatile designer with strong communication and collaboration skills, eager to grow in multimedia and marketing design within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, Communications, or related field preferred.
* Experience in design roles is an asset but not a strict requirement (internships and freelance work considered).
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
* Familiarity with WordPress design workflows and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an asset.
* Ability to produce both multimedia (video, motion, graphics) and layout/visual design assets.
