As an HR Business Partner, you will be part of the Human Resources team, playing a key role in the ongoing support of our consultants working on client projects. You will ensure a positive, people-focused experience that reflects our company values. Additionally, you will collaborate on HR and Training initiatives, providing support in internal processes and contributing to actions that strengthen the connection between employees, the company, and our clients.
Responsibilities: Be responsible for supporting consultants allocated to client projects, promoting their well-being and continuous integration within the company;Conduct monthly check-in meetings with each consultant, serving as a trusted and approachable point of contact;Anticipate and identify potential challenges in the consultant-client relationship and support the resolution process;Promote and coordinate internal engagement initiatives such as company events, weekly team meetups, happy hours, and knowledge-sharing sessions;Actively participate in the onboarding process of new consultants, ensuring a smooth and welcoming start to their journey with us;Plan and schedule onboarding sessions for new office-based employees, aligning with relevant departments to ensure a seamless and well-structured integration;Support the HR team in collecting data related to working days, holidays, and absences for payroll purposes;Manage and update employee profiles in the internal HR system, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date;Participate in internal recruitment processes, from CV screening and pre-interview calls to scheduling interviews and sharing feedback;Ensure clear and consistent communication with all involved stakeholders (consultants, business managers, recruiters, and support teams);Be the go-to person for consultants throughout their journey at Multivision, offering guidance and support as needed;Assist in identifying and planning training needs for consultants;Promote and coordinate internal training sessions, workshops, and development programs;Manage internal training calendars, handling communications, registration, and attendance;Create and maintain internal HR tracking reports, with relevant data and indicators related to consultants, training, internal initiatives, and recruitment. Requirements: Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field;1 to 3 years of experience in similar roles, preferably involving employee relations or talent support;Strong communication skills, empathy, and a people-oriented mindset;Highly organized, proactive, and detail-focused;Good command of English (written and spoken);Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
