As a Sales Development Representative with German, you will assume the role of a product expert, embodying the voice of one of our most important clients in the leisure industry.
Your primary responsibilities include creating exceptional impressions by engaging with prospects from German speaking countries and delivering a world-class experience.
This role is ideal for individuals with a competitive edge and a proven ability to consistently achieve and surpass targets.
Responsibilities:Engage with a wide variety of new business contacts - including Owners, Office Managers, and ManagersReach out through Outbound calling and prospect for reactivations from accounts/companies that could benefit from our client services.Maintain ongoing email and phone conversations with warm prospects to determine the driving factor in the reactivation or sign-up decision.Develop expertise in our products and employ effective communication strategies to convey their value.Continuously enhance product knowledge through collaboration with the leads (supervisor and managers).Clearly articulate business decision drivers, costs, and benefits to position the product as a strategic advantage.Requirements:Superior customer service, great outbound calling techniques, and data entry/contact discovery skills.Strong over-the-phone communication and online presentation skills.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.Intermediate to advanced experience in navigating multiple windows to provide accurate information to end users (multiple screens recommended but not required).Flexible attitude and a demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed targets.Qualifications:Proficiency in verbal and written German and English communication.Must reside and have work permit in Portugal or Spain.Ability to work remotely from a secured location.Bachelor's degree in a relevant domain.Proven proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRMs, and other online resources for information.Preferred (Not Required):One to three years of B2B experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a customer-centric role.Experience in using social media/social selling for prospecting and lead generation.Experience working with Salesforce.Com CRM and Outreach Sales enablement platform is preferable.We are Harte Hanks.We are a team of passionate marketing professionals, working to connect your brand with your customers to move them from awareness to action, to brand loyalty.
