**Sales Operations Excellence Role**
We are seeking a skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in Porto. As a key player, you will deliver exceptional customer service and sales support, attending customer meetings and calls while providing operational assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional customer service and sales support
* Attend customer meetings and calls to discuss topics, review service levels, and build relationships
* Prepare commercial offers with support from Business Unit and Account Manager
* Support Account Manager with RFQ data verification, sales forecast updates, and VPA tracking
* Process sample requests and support data entry into CRM Dynamics
* Conduct simple analysis, update reports, and create credit/debit notes in ERP system
* Prepare data for Volume Price Agreements (VPA), track VPA fulfillment, and adjust backlog for new pricing
* Send documents to customers on PCN/PD and track open action items
* Perform basic lead enrichment activities, verifying contact information and opportunities in Sales, Marketing, and Distribution (SMD)
Requirements:
* University/College degree required
* At least 2 years of experience in a customer support role, ideally in sales support
* Service-oriented attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills
* Capacity to plan work based on general guidelines and good decision-making capacity within standardized processes
* Fluency in English and German (mandatory)
