We're looking for a dynamic leader to oversee our Tooling & Test Equipment (TTE) and Process Engineering teams. In this role, you'll ensure our shops are equipped with reliable tooling, robust technical processes, and the support and documentation needed to operate at their best.
Responsibilities and Tasks including but are not limited to the following:
* Organizes, supervises and leads Engineering teams to provide capable TTE, technical processes and support.
* Leads Engineering teams to provide capable TTE, technical processes, support and documentation.
* Leads employee relations through clear communication and coaching.
* Plans, executes and monitors TTE/process projects to meet time, budget and quality targets.
* Ensures compliance with regulations, safety and environmental requirements.
* Defines and optimizes targets and KPIs.
* Assists in incident/deviation analysis and recommendations.
* Contributes to LHT's iMRO network.
* Assists Director of Engineering on major projects.
* Ensures employee qualifications and compliance with company policies.
Ihr Profil:
In this role, you will play a key part in leading our Engineering teams and ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of our tooling, processes and technical support. Success in this position requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
* Strong written and spoken Portuguese and English skills, German desirable
* Professional experience in aircraft, engine, component engineering/maintenance, or material planning preferred
* Good knowledge of logistics
* High customer focus, service mindset
* Excellent analytical, planning, flexibility, and decision-making skills
* Ability to structure, schedule and plan complex work
* Strong decision-making and sense of responsibility
