Our client is expanding its operations in Viana do Castelo. To support this growth, we are looking for a senior professional to lead recruitment and hiring activities for roles locally.
Your New Role
As Recruitment & Hiring Lead, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, ensuring timely and effective hiring for operational needs. You will work closely with local management and act as a key point of contact for staffing requirements. This role requires autonomy and strong expertise in recruitment processes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring for positions.
* Develop sourcing strategies and manage candidate pipelines.
* Ensure compliance with labour regulations and company standards.
* Collaborate with operational teams to understand staffing needs.
* Provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
What You Need to Succeed
* Degree in Human Resources or similar;
* Proven experience in recruitment and hiring, ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments.
* Senior-level expertise with the ability to work independently.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Knowledge of local labour market and regulations.
* Fluency in Portuguese and English.
