Requirements:

13. 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering and Outsourcing field, working in a well-established software outsourcing company (3000+ employees).

14. Experience in managing an engineering organization of 700+ people, with a proven record of results and achievements.

15. Strong program and portfolio management skills, Agile project management.

16. Deep level of expertise with modern SW engineering technology, best practices and trends; past experience working in a role of solution architect or similar is an advantage.

17. In-depth understanding of Digital business as well as its IT landscape and trends.

18. Visionary mindset, combining entrepreneurial skills with core management and leadership presence.
