The Senior Frontend Developer (f/m/d) is responsible for ensuring new D&A solutions are accessible and provide an intuitive experience to end data users. You will create solutions using mock-up design and story telling to create an innovative user interface within the IBCS design standards to provide intuitive experience for the end customer.
How You'll Make an Impact
●Collaborate with the business unit to design innovative software experiences.
●Develop and visualize user experience concepts using prototypes, refining with stakeholder input.
●Support all phases of the human-centered design process, from strategy to final product.
●Represent user needs to stakeholders and project teams.
●Conduct user research to identify needs and translate them into journey maps and product requirements.
●Facilitate data-driven decisions through continuous learning and sharing of methodologies and results.
What You Bring
●Knowledgeable in agile software development (Scrum and Lean) and project management with strong analytical skills.
●Experienced in developing and improving business processes through innovative thinking.
●Proven track record in change environments with an understanding of transformation principles.
●Collaborate with customers to develop concepts and solutions, communicating technical requirements.
●Translate business requirements into technical service/product requirements, focusing on innovation.
