? WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ?
Responsibilities:
User support, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents and support requests.
Management of accounts in AD/Entra ID, permissions, groups, and basic policies.
Support for LAN/WLAN/VPN, troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and network printing.
Execution of operational onboarding/offboarding tasks and equipment configuration.
Contribution to documentation, continuous improvement, and compliance with internal processes.
Requirements:
Up to 3 years of experience in helpdesk/service desk roles.
Solid knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking.
Basic knowledge of ITIL and ITSM tools.
Good communication skills, user-oriented mindset, and ability to prioritize.
Work location: Avintes (100% on-site)
Languages: Portuguese and English (Advanced); Spanish (preferred)
