Main Responsibilities:

* Target, develop and close opportunities in Enterprise Accounts in the vertical assigned: Public Administration.
* Develop and maintain a territory channel plan for local partners aligned with channel team and coordinate with other Account Managers managing national & global partners with local presence.
* Enhance customer relationships managing and coordinating all activities between us and the customer, promoting the full range of our technologies.
* Create Sales Account plans which will identify, quantify, and recommend Sales action plans to address new business opportunities consistent with overall enterprise strategy.
* Employ available Sales Engagement Deliverables to demonstrate efficient, focused and aligned execution.
* Use our reporting tools to ensure knowledge sharing, synergies and business predictability.
* Work with individual targets and execute aligned with team objectives.
* Understand and practice Solution Sales Mechanism/Components.
* Obtain extensive industry and enterprise hard skills knowledge.
* Provide Customer and market insight feedback and ensure Customer Satisfaction and brand integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* +5 years ITC solutions sales / account management experience with a proven track record of projects/accounts focused in Public Administration.
* Experience building long-term relationships with big accounts.
* Ability to develop new business models for customers with new technology and to manage customer accounts at both the CxO and technical level.
* Ability to establish brands, explore product opportunities, work out customer product competitive strategies and competitive plans.
* Good working knowledge of ITC solutions.
* Excellent collaboration skills, time management, ability to show creativity and a different way of thinking will be essential.
* Good oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in Portuguese and English.
