We're seeking a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our team at Brisa Group.
Job Description
As an HR Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of training and learning processes, planning and monitoring training programs, participating in talent acquisition projects, and providing support for corporate social responsibility initiatives.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced HR Business Partners on various projects and develop your skills in performance management using best practices and technology.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with team members to implement training and learning processes.
* Plan and monitor training programs for Brisa employees and assist in negotiating external training contracts.
* Participate in and lead talent acquisition programs, including recruitment projects and assessment centers.
* Support full performance management cycles, utilizing best practices and technology.
Requirements:
* Solid academic background in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or similar field from a reputable university.
* Previous experience with organizational HR management practices is a plus.
* Drive to help people succeed within the organization.
* Fluency in English.
* Initiative and proactivity.
* Results-driven approach.
* Team player with strong collaborative skills.
