The Industrial Controller will be responsible for monitoring industrial costs, analyzing operational performance, and supporting strategic decision-making in a manufacturing environment, including project-based production using percentage of completion methodology. The role will work closely with operational teams to ensure accurate cost control, reporting, and identification of efficiency and cost optimization opportunities.
Description
Preparation of monthly industrial reporting;
Monitoring and analysis of operational KPIs (efficiency, productivity, waste, OEE, etc.);
Budgeting and forecasting support;
CAPEX monitoring and follow-up;
Identification of cost optimization opportunities;
Close collaboration with Production, Logistics and Finance teams.
Profile
Degree or Master's in Management, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field;
+/- 5 years of experience in Industrial Controlling within manufacturing, construction, or project-based environments;
Strong expertise in industrial cost accounting, standard costing, and variance analysis;
Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and CAPEX monitoring;
Experience with inventory valuation, margin analysis, and operational performance monitoring, and industrial reporting;
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools such as Power BI;
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work closely with operational teams;
Fluent or intermediate to advanced level of English (mandatory).
