About Legacy Online School

Legacy Online School is an accredited US K-12 private online school serving families in 50+ countries. We issue a US High School Diploma and operate in a high-trust education market where communication quality, parent experience, and correct client follow-up are extremely important.

We have inbound demand and a growing admissions flow. As the number of leads, deals, and sales managers grows, we are looking for a QC Manager who will control CRM quality, monitor sales managers’ work in Bitrix24, identify process mistakes, push managers to correct them, and help maintain strong CRM discipline across the team.

IMPORTANT: Flexible 8-hour working day, Monday-Friday, with at least 4 hours of overlap with Eastern Time working hours, 09:00-17:00 ET, New York time.

Requirements

Required:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role: QC Manager, CRM Quality Control Specialist, Sales Quality Control Specialist, CRM Auditor, Sales Operations Specialist, or similar.
  • Experience controlling sales managers’ work in CRM.
  • Experience with Bitrix24 or another CRM system.
  • Understanding of CRM logic: deals, stages, tasks, activities, comments, and follow-ups.
  • Basic understanding of sales logic and client follow-up.
  • Ability to identify CRM mistakes and record violations according to internal rules.
  • Ability to push managers to correct mistakes and control that corrections are actually completed.
  • Strong attention to detail and readiness to check a large number of deals daily.
  • Ability to prepare short reports on mistakes, overdue activities, and CRM quality.
  • English level sufficient for working with CRM notes, messages, internal communication, and reports.

Will be a plus:

  • Experience in online sales.
  • Experience in EdTech.
  • Experience auditing calls, WhatsApp/SMS, email, or client communication.
  • Experience working with SLA, KPI discipline, penalty systems, or internal quality standards.
  • Experience controlling a team of sales managers.
  • Experience specifically with Bitrix24.

Responsibilities

CRM audit and quality control

  • Daily check of sales managers’ work in Bitrix24.
  • Monitoring whether deals are managed according to the correct CRM flow.
  • Checking deal stages, tasks, activities, comments, and follow-ups.
  • Making sure every active deal has a clear next step.
  • Controlling overdue activities and tasks.
  • Checking real activity in deals: calls, WhatsApp/SMS, email, and follow-ups.

Mistake control and corrections

  • Identifying CRM mistakes and recording violations.
  • Messaging managers about identified mistakes and explaining what needs to be corrected.
  • Setting deadlines for corrections.
  • Rechecking deals after corrections.
  • Controlling that each mistake is not only found, but actually corrected in Bitrix24.

Discipline control

  • Checking that managers do not close tasks or deals without real client-related action.
  • Controlling that deals are not moved without a call, comment, and clear next step.
  • Checking that lost deal reasons are selected correctly.
  • Tracking repeated mistakes by each manager.
  • Recording violations according to the SLA / penalty system.

Reporting

  • Preparing regular reports on mistakes, overdue activities, and CRM quality.
  • Providing the manager with a list of sales managers who have systematic mistakes.
  • Showing which mistakes were corrected, which are still open, and where there is a risk of losing a client.

Conditions

  • Work with the US market and an international EdTech project.
  • Participation in building CRM discipline and quality control in Legacy Online School.
  • Fully remote work.
  • Full-time schedule, 5/2, Monday-Friday.
  • IMPORTANT: Flexible 8-hour working day with at least 4 hours of overlap with Eastern Time working hours, 09:00-17:00 ET, New York time.
  • Work with Bitrix24, CRM discipline, SLA, sales quality, and operational control.
  • Clear task management, reporting, and communication system.
  • Compensation: from 1700$/month, fixed part + bonuses for speed and results.
