We're looking for a Head of Long-Term Rental who's ready to build, own, and scale our long-term rental business from the ground up.
This is not a "keep-the-lights-on" role.
This is a zero-to-one leadership opportunity.
Role Description
* Full responsibility for long-term rental in Portugal: strategy, growth, and results
* Launch and scale B2B and corporate long-term rental partnerships
* Own P&L, pricing, and unit economics
* Design lean, scalable operations (and improve them fast)
* Hire, lead, and inspire a local team
* Work directly with founders / HQ to move fast and make real impact
Qualifications
* You've built or scaled a business line before (mobility, rental, leasing, automotive, or similar)
* You're commercial, data-driven, and comfortable making decisions
* You like autonomy, accountability, and moving fast
* You think strategically but execute hands-on
* Portuguese and English
* You know the Portuguese market — or learn insanely fast
