At Majorica, a heritage jewellery brand founded in Mallorca in ****, we are looking for a Visual Merchandising Marketing Executive to join our Trade Marketing team at HQ.
We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic professional with experience in the jewelry or premium retail sector, keen to grow, contribute ideas, and become part of a strong, collaborative team in a unique brand environment.
About the role
The Visual Marketing Executive is responsible for coordinating and executing in-store visual merchandising initiatives across retail and wholesale channels, ensuring a consistent brand image and high visual standards that drive traffic and sales.
This role works closely with the Trade Marketing Manager and supports the development, production, and implementation of windows, displays, and seasonal visual guidelines aligned with Majorica's brand strategy.
The position reports directly to the Trade Marketing Manager.
Key Responsabilities
Visual Coordination & Execution
Coordinate the production and implementation of special window displays and instore images ensuring alignment with budget and brand guidelines.
Review and monitor window and in-store visual executions according to the seasonal calendar and brand strategy.
Support store openings, press days, events, and internal conventions.
Propose and develop new display and exhibition formats aligned with the brand's visual identity.
Design and create visual tools and guidelines to support consistent implementation across channels.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Support the Trade Marketing team at HQ by creating tools and materials to facilitate communication with retail and wholesale teams.
Work closely with internal stakeholders including Retail Area Managers, Store Managers, Content team, Wholesale team, and Product & Design departments.
Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure high-quality execution of visual elements.
Budget management and control.

Experience in visual merchandising, ideally within jewelry, fashion, or premium retail.
A dynamic, proactive and enthusiastic profile, with strong attention to detail and visual sensitivity.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
