Business Development Manager
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive our global expansion through high-value commercial partnerships with building owners.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic relationships, negotiating deals, and growing our network across multiple markets.
Main Responsibilities:
* Agree high-value deals to deliver new partner locations, expanding our network in towns and cities.
* Identify opportunities in commercial buildings across your region, pitch for new partnership opportunities, and close deals quickly and effectively.
* Showcase the value of our partnership proposition to your network of B2B connections.
* Source ambitious partners aligned with our growth goals to drive rapid expansion through building conversions, new development locations or competitor conversions.
* Tailor business development approaches to partners' varying commercial needs.
* Actively manage your pipeline from initial contact through detailed negotiations to a signed agreement.
