About Our Client

Job Description
* Drive Compensation Cycle processes, including salary reviews, competitiveness analysis, and internal equity;
* Conduct salary benchmarking to ensure alignment with market compensation practices;
* Ensure job evaluation and mapping, guaranteeing the adequacy of job descriptions and alignment with organizational structures;
* Analyze, propose, and manage corporate benefits, ensuring their competitiveness, attractiveness, and sustainability;
* Manage and optimize fixed and variable compensation processes to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment with organizational strategies;
* Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure compliance and efficiency of C&B processes.
The Successful Applicant
* Academic background in Management, Economics, Human Resources, or similar areas;
* At least 3 years of professional experience in compensation and benefits or HR, including involvement in Compensation Cycle processes and salary benchmarking; experience managing C&B in other geographies is a plus;
* Experience as a key user in HR platforms, especially SuccessFactors, is preferred;
* Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (Mercer, Korn Ferry, and/or others);
* Knowledge and experience in flexible C&B processes is valued;
* Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement;
* Attention to detail and proficiency in Excel;
* Fluency in English.
