With over 90 years of history, we continue to expand internationally and are now looking to strengthen our Commercial Team with the addition of a Back Office Technician who will play a key role in enhancing our service excellence and supporting our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide support to the Sales Department.
* Manage international orders, including export and international logistics processes (Incoterms ).
* Deliver proactive service and follow-up to both domestic and international clients.
* Handle claims, resolve incidents, and ensure effective issue management.
* Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
* Support market prospecting activities and contribute to the development of existing accounts.
Profile & Experience
* Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in Back Office or commercial support roles.
* Proficiency in Navision, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, or similar ERP systems.
* Fluent English is essential.
* Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with initiative, contributing to customer retention and account growth.
