What will you do?
In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement project management methodologies, support major change initiatives, and contribute to the digital transformation of a globally recognized company committed to innovation and excellence.
* You demonstrate and achieve business results from deploying project management methodology and supporting major change projects
* You will collaborate with the PMO to follow up with other Project Leaders in order to ensure that projects maintain momentum, and deliver timely and measurable business impact
* Additionally you will ensure timely communication and reporting of project progress, results and risks to key stakeholders. Recognize and reward successes and celebrate accomplishments
* You will advocate for new ways of doing things, challenge conventional wisdom at all levels of Homecare Region West by demonstrating proven methodology and proposing new project ideas
* Also, you will map and standardize the core business processes across the different countries
* You will lead teams of subject matter experts to find sustained solutions to achieve business goals
* Further more you will train and coach teams on the use of project management methodology and drive a culture of continuous improvement in your function
* You will actively participate in digitalization and task automation process, contributing to the company´s evolution towards digital transformation
Who are we looking for?
* You have 5+ years experience in an operational or project management role and you have training in a project management discipline preferred
* Additionally you have a strong customer focus, influencing skills and cross cultural communication and collaboration at all levels of the matrix organization
* Further more you have proven experience in leading improvement projects with demonstrated skills in working collaboratively to identify issues and solve problems (1 year)
* Also, you have language skills in 3 out of the 4 regional languages (proficient in Portuguese and English, Spanish/French/German is a plus)
* You have ability to optimize and improve processes and systems, with a passion for continuous improvement
* Moreover you have demonstrated ability to extract relevant information and reach sound conclusions from a variety of data
* Also you are open to change, able to energize team participants and foster a culture of change
* You have experience in data mining and/or digitalization initiatives as a plus
* Are you ready to face new challenges and actively contribute to the success of the company's digital transformation project
* You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation
