Growing Client Portfolio in Portugal:
This role involves managing and expanding the existing client base in Portugal. As an Account Manager, you will build strong relationships with assigned clients, understand their logistical needs, and develop strategies to improve business performance.
You will analyze usage, conversion, and service data across different channels and identify opportunities for growth within the same client. This requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
* A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Account Manager or Key Account Manager in B2B environments, preferably in logistics, e-commerce, or SaaS.
* Native Portuguese language proficiency and advanced English skills (C1 level); fluency in Spanish is a plus.
* Mastery of analytics and CRM tools, including Excel, dashboards, and prior experience with HubSpot.
* An analytical mindset, with understanding of key metrics such as conversion rates, checkout rates, and usage frequency.
* Strong customer focus and continuous improvement orientation.
* Ability to work independently while integrating well into international and multidisciplinary teams.
