Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day + 1-hour lunch break) on rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday from 06:00 to 00:00
Your Role:
* Provide support via phone, email, and chat to help SMBs maximize their potential.
* Assist SMB clients with self-service advertising solutions, ensuring they achieve their marketing goals.
* Deliver pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products.
* Offer product and tool guidance to enhance the customer experience.
* Identify trends and resolve challenges faced by multiple SMB clients.
* Act as the voice of our customers—providing valuable insights and feedback to our engineering team.
